Junior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Interpret financial data and translate insights into clear presentations for EXCO
- Assist with monthly management reporting and business performance reviews
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand financial drivers and risks
- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and assumptions
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Experience:
- BCom degree with SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
- 23 years post-articles experience in a financial analysis or finance role
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and EXCO-level reporting
- Exposure to a corporate or commercial environment advantageous
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical capability
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to interpret complex information and present it clearly
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and commercially focused
