ABOUT THE JOB

Duties will also include performing 1on1s, return-to-works, managing leave and engaging within the recruitment process of new staff. This Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible ensuring that people management and IR related processes are followed.

• Must have the ability to adopt practical approaches
• Must have strong organizational skills, including stock floor layout planning
• Planning, organizing, follow up and feedback
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with English the main medium of communication and other
• South African languages an added advantage.
• Must show commitment the position requires flexibility and after-hours availability when required
• Must be able to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines.
• Must be ethical ability to put theft safety measures in place and ensure they act with integrity when managing the stock
• Must be computer Literate excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required and adaptability to learn inhouse web-based systems and more, as required

• Investigator: able to identify problems/concerns with execution of a duties and inform relevant parties
• Team player: Communicate between teams positively and confidently to achieve goals
• Quality assurer: Consistently checks the detail and quality of every job they execute
• Leader: Able to delegate, convince and lead in order to meet business deliverables
• Cultural ambassador: implement the company values and culture in the execution of duties and through interactions with all
• Reporter: Able to compile and give feedback in a professional format to Management
• Stock Manager: Able to investigate and execute stock holding procedures, special planning, ERP inter departmental transfers and system-based stock Management

• Relevant Logistics/Supply Chain degree with Spatial Planning an advantageous extra OR 1-3 years experience in a similar role with proven execution/deliverables
• Experience in an FMCG environment, cosmetic or pharma industry advantageous.
• Strong Leadership and Analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Computer literate MS Office, Word/Excel/Power Point.
