Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Moorreesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with at least 5 years of proven management experience and expertise in plastic injection moulding is essential.
Location: Moorreesburg, West Coast
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Manage and lead production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor and improve production processes to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
