Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Data Analytics or related field
- Knowledge of R Language and Python
- 23 years experience in data analytics, coding, and big data
- Previous debt collection or call centre experience essential
- Experience on Excalibur System, SAP, Moonsoft, Solar, and Sage advantageous
- Analyse debtor behaviour, payment trends, and collections performance
- Monitor collections KPIs including PTP rates, contact rates, and conversions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and database management
- Support dialer campaign segmentation and optimisation
- Provide dashboards, trend analysis, and strategic insights
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support Collections Management with reporting and predictive analysis
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
