Agricultural sales representative (fertilizer)

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced AGRICULTURAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FERTILIZER) for a well-established, growing company in Gauteng and surrounding regions person will be situated in the Nelspruit (Mbombela) area, Mpumalanga.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant qualifications an added advantage.

Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

3yrs+ previous working experience in the agricultural (fertilizer) sales industry is essential.

Developing a deep understanding of various fertilizer products, their compositions, benefits, and application methods.

Identifying potential customers, building relationships, and understanding their specific crop and soil needs. Utilizing fertilizer expertise to recommend suitable products and application strategies that align with the customer''s agricultural goals.

Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of different fertilizer products to potential customers.

Coordinating fertilizer orders, ensuring accurate quantities and delivery schedules are met.

Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Developing cost estimates and proposals for fertilizer programs tailored to customers'' crop needs and budgets. Generating reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for management''s analysis.

Person will be required to service clients and bring in new business in the Nelspruit, Tzaneen and surrounding areas.

Salary package offered: - To be discussed (basic salary + commission + company vehicle + petrol allowance)
