The Junior Project Administrator supports project teams with basic administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project operations. This entry-level role provides valuable exposure to project environments and assists with organizing documentation, scheduling, and communications in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in scheduling project meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item lists.
- Maintain project records, trackers, and document filing systems.
- Support team members with document formatting, version control, and submissions.
- Help update project timelines, task lists, and progress reports.
- Coordinate basic communication with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding items.
- Provide general administrative support to the project office or project manager.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate / NC(V) Level 4
(NQF 4)
1 – 4 years related experience in project management or construction
