Full Time - Office Based - Port Elizabeth(Gqeberha), Eastern Cape
We are seeking an organized, proactive Project Co-Ordinator to support our web development team. You will act as the glue holding project tasks together, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and tracking deliverables. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of web development workflows, exceptional communication skills, and a "solutions-driven" mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in breaking down large web projects into manageable tasks and setting timelines.
- Workflow Maintenance: Maintain and update project progress in project management software.
- Documentation & Organization: Maintain the project document library
-Team Communication: Act as a liaison between developers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements.
Assist in gathering user requirements and coordinating user acceptance testing.- Administrative Tasks: Manage project calendars, prepare reports, track expenses, and order software resources.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new team members to internal workflows and systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Project Co-Ordinator, Assistant, Administrator, or in a similar role, preferably in a Web Development environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) or design tools (e.g., Figma). Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web development processes.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Project Management software.
