In this role you will:
- Build and manage client relationships by delivering trusted recruitment solutions.
- Source, interview, and match top talent to specialist opportunities.
- Manage the full 360° recruitment processfrom business development to successful placements.
- Identify opportunities to grow your client portfolio and expand market share.
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.
What we expect from you:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Business or similar).
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience, with proven cold-calling ability.
- A successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
- A self-starter with resilience, drive, and passion for growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
