The Role: Sales Consultant
This internal sales role is based within a showroom environment to engage with walk-in clients and understand their needs. The role contributes to the business by providing product guidance and solutions across tile and home improvement ranges.The main focus areas involve processing orders and quotations with strong interpersonal skills, sales ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with walk-in clients to understand their needs.
- Provide product guidance and solutions across tile and home improvement ranges.
- Process orders and quotations with attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Manage quotations and orders within the showroom environment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Participate in the monthly branch profit share scheme as a member of the sales team.
- Previous retail or internal sales experience is required.
- Strong customer engagement and closing skills are required.
- Administrative accuracy and the ability to manage quotations and orders are required.
- A proactive and target-driven mindset is required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is required.
- Experience in a showroom or similar environment is preferred.
