- Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, preferably within industrial property, property development, construction, or facilities-related environments.
- Proven experience working with industrial properties is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to perform costing, budgeting, quotation analysis, and cost comparisons.
- Strong project planning and procurement scheduling capabilities.
- Experience sourcing and managing suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
- Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general procurement or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
