What youll be responsible for:
- Managing and optimising daily fleet operations and vehicle utilisation
- Allocating vehicles and drivers in line with operational and legal requirements
- Monitoring tracking systems and proactively handling delays or incidents
- Leading driver performance, scheduling, and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to transport legislation, safety standards, and documentation
- Coordinating maintenance, breakdowns, and workshop activities
- Tracking costs (fuel, tyres, maintenance) and driving efficiency improvements
- Reporting on KPIs and operational performance

- Minimum 5 years fleet control / transport experience
- At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance
- Experience with fleet tracking systems and reporting (Excel)
