Job Description:
As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will define architecture strategies, integration frameworks, and cloud-based solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. You will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years' experience in IT with at least 6 years in Solution Architecture within Banking or Financial Services
- Proven experience delivering large-scale banking transformation projects
- Strong domain expertise in Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Fraud Management, or Financial Services platforms
- Experience designing enterprise, cloud-native, microservices, and API-led architectures
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
- Strong understanding of integration technologies, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and modern middleware platforms
- Experience with data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, real-time data streaming, and analytics solutions
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, and responsible AI governance within regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Master's Degree is advantageous
- TOGAF Certification preferred
- AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification preferred
