Purpose of the Role
The HR / Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes.

Qualifications- Matric
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
- 2- 3 years relevant experience
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literacy
- Timesheet and payroll administration experience
- Biometrics time and attendance system experience

- Sending out reminders to the relevant HODs for FTCs
- Induction pack to be given to all new employees send new and terminated packs to HQ
- Distributing pay slips for bargaining employees
- Assisting with HR ad hoc duties
- Eco Time loading and terminating employees
- Payroll admin (calculating timesheets and getting HODs to sign off
- Provide HR support to employees on site
- Reconciling Eco Time with payroll on a monthly basis
