Purpose of the Role

The HR / Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes.

Location: Nasrec - Johannesburg

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
  • 2- 3 years relevant experience
  • Clear criminal record
  • Computer literacy
  • Timesheet and payroll administration experience
  • Biometrics time and attendance system experience

Responsibilities
  • Drafting of contracts and requisitions
  • Sending out reminders to the relevant HODs for FTCs
  • Induction pack to be given to all new employees send new and terminated packs to HQ
  • Distributing pay slips for bargaining employees
  • Assisting with HR ad hoc duties
  • Eco Time loading and terminating employees
  • Payroll admin (calculating timesheets and getting HODs to sign off
  • Provide HR support to employees on site
  • Reconciling Eco Time with payroll on a monthly basis
