Business Intelligence Analyst | Cape Town (Wynberg)
A leading fashion retailer based in Cape Town is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Head Office team in Wynberg.
This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Working across IT, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and Retail Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business performance through advanced reporting and analysis.
Manage customer data flows and support CRM initiativesDeliver marketing, e-commerce, and campaign performance reporting
Identify trends, opportunities, and business insights from large datasets
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Support omnichannel data integration and reporting accuracy
Present actionable insights to stakeholders across the business
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis
Strong experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365
Retail and e-commerce industry exposure
Advanced Excel and SQL skills
