Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Taking ownership of entire design projects from conception to completion
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by actively engaging in client meetings, understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
• Creating comprehensive and detailed design plans that align with the clients vision and goals,
• Responsibly managing project budgets including cost estimates, and proposing cost-effective design solutions to maximise value for clients
• Maintaining a high standard of design quality throughout the project, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that the final result aligns with design specifications and client expectations,
• Creating and delivering persuasive and professional presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, plans and any design modifications and explaining the rationale behind design choices
• Addressing design challenges and unexpected issues that may arise during the project, proactively identifying solutions and implementing changes as necessary to maintain project progress,
• Continuously researching and staying updated on industry trends, materials and technologies to bring innovative and relevant design ideas to projects

• Matric
• Interior Design Qualification

• 3 to 5 years work experience within Interior Design (High End Residential)
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Capacity to develop innovative and unique design concepts and solutions
• Own reliable car and valid drivers license
• Non-Smoker preferred
