FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time / Permanent

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
• Sunday 09:00 - 13:00 (rotate every 2nd Sunday)
• CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays (management's discretion)

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,000 - R12,000 Gross per month (NEG. based on desired experience & skills)
• Performance incentives
• Targeted commission (10%) for Services & Retail

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
2. Beauty Specialist / Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma
3. ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification
4. Day Spa experience in a high end Spa or Cruise Ship
5. Confident in all standard spa therapies (body & skin)
6. Possess excellent guest rapport and professional demeanor
7. Self-motivated, driven and luxury orientated
8. Cruise Ship experience is highly favorable
9. Premium Spa experience essential
10. Highly knowledgeable on skin and body trends (slimming, wellness, aesthetics, etc.)

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

1. Confident all-rounder focusing on Skin Care, Body Care and all around Well-being
2. Confidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care
3. Cross-refer to other departments
4. Must be familiar with all treatment protocols and products
5. Be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellence

• Facials
• Body Therapies including Massage, Body Wrap and Body Contouring
• Slimming & Wellness Therapies
• Manicures & Pedicures with Gel Application
• Beautifying services including Tinting OR Henna
• Waxing and Hair Removal
