Maintenance Manager

Vacancy available for a Maintenance Manager with a Vehicle dealership in Pretoria.
Duties: Specifically focusing on building maintenance, tenant management, ensuring compliance of building and necessary regulations. Travelling will be required between the different buildings (local and other provinces)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Maintenance or Facilities Management industry (motor industry exposure advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Experience in health, safety, and compliance regulations relevant to buildings and dealerships.
- Ability to manage contractors, service providers, and tenants effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel between branches (local and inter-provincial).
- Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting systems).
