About the Role:
As the Regional Secretary, you’ll be the right hand to the Area Manager—ensuring every meeting, message, and moment is flawlessly coordinated. This is more than just a support role; it’s a chance to be the heartbeat of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where precision and professionalism are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the Area Manager’s diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management
Screen and direct communications, ensuring relevance and confidentiality
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and flair
Handle faxing, photocopying, and document distribution with meticulous attention to detail
Maintain an organised and accessible filing system
Take minutes and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Arrange travel bookings and itineraries with precision

Matric
Completed diploma / degree
No less than 3 years' secretarial experience
Computer literate - ADVANCED EXCEL
Great Typist
