Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals
• Cold calling, emailing, or attending events to build a pipeline of leads
• Customer Engagement
• Reach out to prospects to introduce products or services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Product/Service Presentation
• Deliver presentations, demos, or proposals to showcase offerings
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Handle objections and answer customer questions
• Sales Negotiation & Closing
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Account Management
• Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Administrative & Reporting Tasks
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts
• Prepare regular reports for management
• Collaboration
• Work with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals
• Coordinate with operations or product teams to ensure smooth delivery
