Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance Business Partner across operational and commercial teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes.
• Analyse financial performance and present clear, strategic insights to senior management.
• Simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
• Support operational teams in a call-centre environment through data-driven insights and financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and financial frameworks.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is essential.
• 23 years post-articles experience.
• Experience in financial services, Fintec or IT
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
