IT Assistant /IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Hadware & Software :lnstall, configure,and updata software on company computers.set up new workstations for staft.

• Security & Surveillance : Help maintain and troubleshoot lp cameras and security systems.
• communications : manage Volp phone sytems (handset setup, trobleshooting lines).

Support : provide day

to-day technical support to staffand solve hardware/software problems asthey arise.

Requirements:

• Background : Previous education or experience in lT (lnfoemation Technology ) is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of basic networkin concepts (lP addresses, cables,switches).
• Familiarity with lP Camera systems.
• Experience with VolP phone systems.
• Proficiency in installing troubleshooting Windows softeware.
• Soft Skills:
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• strong problem - solving (you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working).
• Good communication skills to help colleagues with tech issues.
