Graphic Designer - Centurion

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs across various platforms including:
• Signage and large-format print (reprographics)
• Corporate collateral (brochures, presentations, business cards, etc.)
• Social media content and campaigns
• Basic video editing (advantageous, but not essential)
• Liaise with various suppliers and vendors on the printing and implementation of design collateral, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Translate complex information into logical, user-friendly visual designs
• Ensure brand messaging, tone, and identity are consistently applied
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure without compromising quality
• Contribute forward-thinking design ideas that help evolve and strengthen the brand
• Take initiative and ownership of design tasks without the need for micro-management

Minimum Requirements:

• 35 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative agency or a well-established in-house design team
• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Information Design (Degree, Diploma, or Honours)
• A strong portfolio showcasing layout design, brand work, and print materials
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with signage and print production processes is essential
• Experience working with external suppliers and managing print production processes
• Ability to think strategically about design and information hierarchy
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
• Experience in UI design or web design (advantageous, but not required)

Salary will be market related and determined based on your creative portfolio, qualifications, and years of experience.
