Pezula Nature Retreat is a luxurious haven located in Knysna, South Africa. It is known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The retreat offers a serene and immersive experience with nature, while also providing high-end accommodations and world-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquillity and indulgence.A Wellness Host is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the wellness experience from promotion to completion of Guest Stay. This role involves prepping guest experiences, welcoming and guiding guests through their Wellness activities / stays, coordinating with various departments, and serving as the primary contact person for guests throughout their visit.
What is required:
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and foster partnerships with key trade agents within the industry and corporate companies. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE companies, production companies, government institutions, and other relevant businesses to promote and sell Pezula Nature Retreat.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous
- Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred
