Branch Operator / Fleet – Kuils River

National Transport and truck rental company is seeking to employ an experienced Branch Operator to join their team

Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability

Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles

Maintain/Arrange for COF on vehicles

Attending to vehicle licensing

Attending to Abuse on vehicles

Attending to Abuse recovery

Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles

Insurance claim / all relevant documents

Create workshop RAs Branch RAs

Gate passes

Closing details / RAs

Assist with VMR

Fuel slips, fuel recons

Customer liaison

Workshop liaison

Assist other branches

Fleet pack/month end

Assist contract costing

Responsible for keys in and out to drivers

Petty cash

Arranging Insurance confirmations and claims

Attending to Traffic fines

Attending to Breakdowns, after hours standby where required

Driver scheduling

Invoicing

After-hours Standby
