Service Administrator - 3 Month Contract (Temp Position)

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving service growth and maintaining smooth scheduling and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to manage service schedules and drive sales.
  • Follow up with after-sales clients to increase service uptake.
  • Process job cards and invoices within two weeks.
  • Handle breakdown calls and coordinate with the workshop.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • General administrative support including stock take assistance.
  • Manage agent bookings and related admin.
  • Ensure timely processing of administrative tasks.
  • Support reception phone lines when required.
  • Daily follow-up on customer purchase orders.
  • Escalate job management queries when necessary.
  • Adhere to customer SOPs and internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
  • Prior experience in administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SDP (European System)
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, an African language is advantageous.
  • Good numerical skills and accurate data handling.
  • Minium 2 years experience in similar role

Remuneration: Basic Monthly Salary - R15 000 - R20 000
