• National Senior Certificate (NQF4 or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years sales experience
• At least 3 years experience within the FMCG Milling Industry
• Own reliable transport
• Valid drivers license
• Strong problem-solving and prioritising skills
• Results-driven with strong operational coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and resilience under pressure
• Professional, well-mannered, and relationship-focused
• Ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations

• Good computer literacy skills

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Develop personalised customer interactions and tailored sales solutions
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
• Monitor profitability and support transparent financial decision-making
• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships within the FMCG market
