Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and personnel files
  • Assist with verification processes (criminal checks, qualification verification, driver checks)
  • Schedule medicals, inductions, and compliance training
  • Capture and maintain HR data, reports, and workforce records
  • Support payroll administration inputs and timesheet coordination
  • Assist with recruitment administration (posting ads, scheduling interviews, candidate communication training provided)
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with labour and compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support to operations and management
Requirements
  • 35 years solid experience in office administration (logistics, transport, or industrial sector advantageous)
  • Strong document management and compliance administration experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Valid drivers licence (advantageous)
