Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and personnel files
- Assist with verification processes (criminal checks, qualification verification, driver checks)
- Schedule medicals, inductions, and compliance training
- Capture and maintain HR data, reports, and workforce records
- Support payroll administration inputs and timesheet coordination
- Assist with recruitment administration (posting ads, scheduling interviews, candidate communication training provided)
- Ensure all documentation aligns with labour and compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to operations and management
- 35 years solid experience in office administration (logistics, transport, or industrial sector advantageous)
- Strong document management and compliance administration experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Valid drivers licence (advantageous)
- Process-driven and structured
- Strong administrative backbone
- Comfortable handling compliance-heavy documentation
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
