Finance Manager

Typical Responsibilities:

• Managing the full finance function and overseeing daily financial operations
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Managing audits, tax submissions, and statutory requirements
• Analysing financial performance and providing strategic recommendations

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, SAIPA, or related finance qualification
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
