To qualify:
- 12 months of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Clear ITC and criminal record
- Grade 12/Matric qualification or equivalent.
- You must also have RE or FAIS (150 credits) (and/or DOFA rules apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Your role will involve excellent objection handling skills, achieving, and exceeding set KPA targets for response times and service quality, and a passion for selling. Knowledge of gap cover, medical aids, and medical insurance is a must, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
You should be mature, self-managed, able to work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations. You should also be self-motivated, target-driven, able to think quickly, work independently, and have a positive attitude.
