Key Responsibilities
- Promote and grow awareness of our brand and offerings in the market
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various market levels
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through lead generation, presentations, and client engagements
- Maintain and grow a profitable portfolio of key accounts (50% new business / 50% account management)
- Manage customer relationships with a focus on service excellence and long-term growth
- Coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Report on sales activities weekly and monthly as required
- Use CRM (XACT) effectively for client management and reporting
- Manage customer queries, collections, complaints, and feedback in line with company SOPs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong relationship builder and effective communicator
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Knowledge of Automotive Parts Industry trends and customer dynamics
- Professional and presentable with a customer-first mindset
