Direct Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and processing purchases.
• Offering detailed product information and recommendations.
• Assisting with the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store.

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of Matric or an NQFLV4 equivalent qualification.
• Legal Status: Valid South African ID or a current Work Permit is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Competency in basic mathematics for transaction handling.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
