Provide debtor administration and customer support, assist with registrations, payment queries and debtor collections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with debtors queries regarding registrations and payments
- Assist students, parents and sponsors with account enquiries
- Full training will be provided on the relevant programme and processes
- Update EMC every morning and ensure information is accurate
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and payment arrangements
- Assist with other debtors duties as required by the Finance Department
- Matric
- Previous administrative or debtors experience advantageous
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
