Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices
• Perform billing and payment reconciliations
• Process credit notes and refunds
• Prepare account statements and monthly billing reports
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve queries
• Maintain accurate billing records in financial systems
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

• Education:
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Bookkeeping qualification or short course (advantageous)
• Experience:
• 12 years experience in billing, accounting, or a similar finance role
• Experience as a Billing Clerk or Finance Administrator
• Skills:
• Strong numerical and reconciliation ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
