Electrician – Building Services

Job Description:

• Carry out electrical installations on commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and fault finding
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Assist with electrical network integration and system commissioning
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installations
• Complete technical reports and installation documentation
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills & Experience:

• Trade Tested Electrician with a Single-Phase or Three-Phase Wireman's Licence
• Experience within a Building Services environment advantageous
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning
• Experience with electrical network integration and fault finding
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's licence is essential

Qualification:

• Trade Test Electrician (Red Seal)
• Single-Phase or Three-Phase Wireman's Licence
