The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a range of facilities management services, including contract cleaning, landscaping, pest control, security solutions, technical services such as CCTV, and hygiene services. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory.

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
2. Cross sell and upsell
3. Present and demonstrate the companys service offerings to prospective clients.
4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in accordance with company standards.
6. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
7. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
8. Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
9. Tender Administration experience
10. Experience with SLAs
11. Conducting presentations to potential clients

1. Matric or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related industries is a MUST
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Valid drivers licence and own transport.
6. Able to travel when/if required
7. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office.
8. Presentation skills
