Production Supervisor (Crate and Pallet Manufacturing)

Minimum requirements:
- Technically Minded.
- He will need to ensure and optimise daily production and supervise +-30 staff. Monday to Friday 7:30 – 16:30 (Some Overtime if required)
- Candidate Must be reliable, Trustworthy and Hands On.
- Sober Habits.
Daily Tasks:
- Allocating Jobs to 7 x Production Teams as they are given by Ops Team.
- Ensuring Maximum output from production staff.
- Ensure production has minimal wastage. Recycling Offcuts. Planning Material usage.
- Communicate any delays / problems to Ops/Dispatch team.
- Ensure quality and efficiency from production teams.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to.
- Overall House Keeping.
Annual Shut down from 20 December 2025 to 9 January 2026.
