Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and maintain the Trusts accounts payable system
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • Maintain accurate financial records on accounting software
  • Complete cashbook reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently studying towards a qualification)
  • 23 years relevant experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE 300)
  • Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy
  • Good organisational skills with accurate and timeous data capturing
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must have own transport
