Senior Network Administrator
My client is seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to take responsibility for the stability, security, and performance of their core IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the goâto technical expert and takes pride in building resilient, wellârun systems.
Youll work across networking, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring smooth dayâtoâday operations while strengthening business continuity through security, backups, and recovery processes. The environment values accountability, initiative, and practical problemâsolving over red tape.

Skills & Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in IT administration / network administrationStrong handsâon networking experience: Routing, switching, VPNs, MikroTik
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocolsServer administration experience including: Active Directory
File & share permissionsWindows Server 2022
Microsoft 365 environment exposure: Exchange
Azure Active DirectorySolid understanding of: Network security
Business continuity, backups, and disaster recoveryHardware and software solutions (including VoIP)
Strong problemâsolving ability and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
Ownership mindset with a strong internal customer service focus
Qualification: Diploma in IT Systems Administration (NQF Level 4/5)
A+ / N+Microsoft certification / MCITP
