- Bachelors degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Postgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous
- Minimum 10 years experience in metallurgical plant operations
- At least 5 years experience in a senior management role within kiln or processing plant operations
- Strong understanding of kiln processes, process optimisation, and plant maintenance
- Knowledge of SHEQ standards and relevant legislation
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills
