Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on branch level
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and credit teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Construction, Industrial or Rental environments
  • Strong people management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, CRM systems)
  • Valid driver’s licence
