Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on branch level
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and credit teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Construction, Industrial or Rental environments
- Strong people management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Computer literate (MS Excel, CRM systems)
- Valid driver’s licence
