Duties:
Administrative tasks performed for the dealership; Invoicing of vehicles, handing of stationary. Acting as Personal assistant to Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Invoice Clerk or Administrative assistant.
- Must have experience in the motor industry.
- Knowledge of automotive systems like Automate, Evolve, Kerridge etc.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Grade 12/Matric.
- Clear criminal record.
- Valid driver's license.
