Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller initiatives concurrently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, operating with a high degree of independence and ownership.This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional team leadership, and expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver medium-sized projects from initiation through to completion within agreed scope, timeframes, and budgets.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of larger projects or multiple simultaneous smaller initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across all project contributors.
Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Monitor and track project progress, proactively identifying risks and managing issues.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure optimal delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and incorporate feedback into future project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- 8 years' experience in project management, preferably within a PMO or structured delivery environment.
Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Project Management certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master (or equivalent).
Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience in project budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting.
Ability to navigate organizational change and lead projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
High level of accountability, ownership, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
Proficient in project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
