Role Overview
A well-established fuel retail operation is seeking an experienced Petrol Station Administrator to manage the full daily administrative function of the site. The role requires prior experience in the fuel industry, with strong attention to detail and hands-on experience in reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Daily day-end reporting and cash-up administration
- Fuel and airtime reconciliations
- Processing GRVs for incoming goods, including dry and wet stock
- Accurate data capturing and record keeping
- Stock control administration and variance reporting
- General administrative duties supporting station operations
- Proven experience in the fuel/petrol station industry (essential)
- Strong understanding of fuel and retail reconciliation processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with figures, reports, and admin systems
