Earthworks Foreman

• Supervise and manage daily earthworks activities on-site, including excavation, grading, trenching, and compaction.
• Lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Interpret and execute project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor progress and productivity, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage materials, equipment usage, and site logistics efficiently.
• Report on project status, issues, and resource needs to project management.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.

• 10 Years experience - Proven experience as an Earthworks Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and survey data.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid drivers license (Code B or higher preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Safety Training) are advantageous.

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, pipelines, bulk earthworks).
• Familiarity with GPS machine control systems and modern surveying tools.
