Site Administrator - Phisantekraal, Cape Town
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to join our team on a large construction site in Phisantekraal, Cape Town.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Site Managers and project team to ensure smooth site operations and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Site Managers and project teams
Maintain accurate site records including attendance registers, delivery notes, and contractor documentation
Coordinate site communication and ensure the timely flow of information
Assist with procurement and tracking of site materials and equipment
Manage site filing systems (digital and paper-based)
Help ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar administrative role in the construction industry
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and within a team
A valid drivers license and own transport (preferred)
Based in or near the Phisantekraal area (advantageous)
