Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical Architectural expertise in a fast-paced environment
• Interact with various project stakeholders
• Architectural design, documentation, and project delivery
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Professional Architect (SACAP registered), or eligible for registration within the next three months NOT negotiable
• 8+ years proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building services and new development projects
• Excellent inter-personal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans to effectively participate in bilingual meetings
• Sound knowledge of various design software packages including AutoCAD, Archicad and Revit
• Young, dynamic and keen to grow with the company
• Must be living in Cape Town or be prepared to relocate to Cape Town
• Must have own transport with valid driver's license, prepared to travel to construction sites as may be required
• Must be medically fit and willing to work on construction sites

Lucrative income potential based on performance, including a performance-based bonus structure.
