Service Technician (Electrical)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation, programming, servicing, and maintenance of chemical dosing equipment
- Installation of soap dispensers and dosing systems across client sites
- Maintenance and repair of industrial dishwashing, laundry, and cleaning systems
- Conduct client training on equipment usage and best practices
- Attend to breakdowns and emergency technical call-outs when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Complete accurate service reports and submit to management
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards on all sites
- Provide technical feedback and support to the sales and service teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Electrical qualification or certification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years relevant electrical / service technician experience
- Experience in chemical dosing systems (advantageous)
- Experience with laundry and dish machine systems (advantageous)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
