Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead their workshop operations in Roodepoort.

Essential Requirements:

• Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic)
• Proven supervisory/foreman experience in an automotive workshop
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Valid drivers licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
• Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
• Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
• Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the workshop
• Conduct quality inspections on completed work
• Drive team performance and productivity
• Liaise with service advisors and management
