Intermediate Business Analyst
My client is growing their Strategy & Innovation function and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can operate independently and confidently in a productâ and systemsâdriven environment. This is not a noteâtaking role, its for someone who leads conversations, challenges assumptions, and translates business intent into clear, actionable specifications.
Youll work closely with clients, developers, BI teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, system architecture, and longâterm strategy. Your work will directly influence product enhancements, process improvements, and implementation success.
What youll be doing: Leading requirementsâgathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
Analyzing and documenting business processes, system flows, and functional requirementsTranslating business needs into structured specifications for Development and BI teams
Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Supporting strategic initiatives and product enhancement planning
Managing scope definition and contributing to impact analysis
Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and auditâready
Acting as a bridge between strategy, operations, and technical teams

Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst at an intermediate level
Proven experience working on system implementations or product enhancementsStrong process mapping and functional documentation skills
Ability to analyze complex system interactions and data flows
Confident, professional clientâfacing communication skills
Strong written and verbal English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
Structured, analytical, and commercially aware mindset
Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience. Practical Business Analysis capability is prioritized.
