- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Passed or completing CA(SA) qualification
- Strong accounting principles knowledge
- Proficiency in accounting software (CaseWare, SAP, Sage, Pastel)
- Advanced Excel skills & analytical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
